'MOVE ON' the more easily said, way too hard to accept but every end has a new beginning and so one needs to end up somewhere in order to witness a new season in life.

One can't hold on a person just because you are scared of the consequences; scared to 'after them what'; scared of being left alone. We all know it's not at all easy to break all ties from someone so close to your heart, forget all the memories cherished together and start a new with a different soul but that doesn't mean one needs to keep on going, no matter how toxic that relation has become; how worthless it's making you feel every single day; how difficult it is to breathe every single second.

You need to understand " suffering is not holding you. You are holding the suffering. When you become good at the art of letting go, you'll realize how unnecessary it was for you to drag those burden around with you".

The most obvious question or should we say the most unrealistic one the during the situation we ask ourselves is 'why me'. But the reality here says that it's not only you, there are so many out there who have already tasted the bitter truth of a broken heart and so many who are yet to be left broken. Nothing stays forever and so everything that falls on the face of earth has to meet their respective ends.

At the end breaking down over someone or something which never belonged to you is not at all 'worth it'.

Sometimes you have to accept that certain things will never go back to how they used to be.

It's already happened, so if you are still stuck on 'HOW' then you really need to get it out of your head as well as your heart. It's not simply a nightmare and so when you open your eyes from the long lost sleep nothing would change on it's own, you would have to work on your own self to mend your own heart; to face the world; to go back where you really belong to and live for yourself.

Forget about what others say or think, here it's all about you; tell yourself again and again "IT WAS BEST FOR ME".

As kids we all have loved to listen grandma's fairy tales during bedtime and dream of that pitch perfect story but let's be wise enough and let these stories be limited to childhood memories and not link it to reality.

One might feel that a relationship is just about two people but in real world the story is far more different. So while you are locked up in your room trying to swallow all the pain thinking you are all alone, you're wrong. There are a lot of strings attached to one single relationship, there might be so many of your loved ones out there who are equally broken seeing your state. At this point you are not only hurting yourself but also those people whom you love.

The biggest mistake one tends to make is that we start believing that 'this was the first and last' and that we won't get lucky enough again, but what we fail to understand is that there always a chance of better. It's all about destiny and if something was taken from you it was for a reason or maybe for something much more beautiful.

I myself have been stuck in a situation before where I was scared of letting go my long term best friend inspite of the fact that she treated me like nothing, we were like perfect goals infront of the world but completely broken in reality. Finally when I decided to leave and move on I faced too much of criticism, but just one single person made me stand up again and that's the moment I realized what I was missing on, what real friendship felt like. Now I'm no more scared of being left alone in the crowd, I don't even regret the past and most importantly I don't fear the world.

This is the beauty of letting go, you become more unbreakable and would be able to find a new version of yourself.

Life is a one sided road where you couldn't get back to your past nor you could rewind it and so only option left is to press play, you might have felt very secured in the pond that you were in but if you never venture out of it, you won't be able to come across a thing called a sea or a ocean . It might be a tough phase and also difficult to pull out yourself from but definitey not impossible-

• Start doing the things that make you happy and distract you from the memories of the past.

• Spend more time with people who care about you and love you unconditionally.

• Return back to who you really were without filter and start spending more of that 'me time'.

• Open up about how you really feel.

Walter Anderson once said- "Bad things happen, how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I could choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of loss, or I choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have- "LIFE ITSELF". Every season serves a purpose, there's beauty in everything and so instead of mourning on what you don't have choose to find something that belongs to you. Walk the new path which been granted to you.
