Come let’s make quarantine a bit happening with some easy and quick recipes that you can prepare at home. Don’t worry to fly solo in your kitchen. These full dosage of recipes can help you to run before you walk.

Recipe 1: Mouth-watering Bread Pizza


All pizza lovers can use bread that is easily available in the market instead of pizza dough. This can also save you time.

Ingredients required:

  • 4 slices of toasted bread

  • Chopped onions

  • Chopped tomato

  • Chopped capsicum

  • 3-4 tablespoons of boiled corn

  • 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce

  • Grated mozzarella cheese

  • 2 sachets of Chilli flakes

  • 2 sachets of Oregano

Now, let’s prepare this instant bread pizza. Firstly, place a pan on medium flame. Apply butter on a bread slice and heat it till it gets toasted properly. Switch off the flame. Then, add pizza sauce on it. After that, places all the veggies properly on the bread slice. Then, sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes. Lastly, add cheese according to your taste. Again, put on the flame till the grated cheese melts. And your delicious bread pizza is ready!


Recipe 2: Yummy Chinese Maggi


Maggi is easily available in every teen’s kitchen and is loved by all Indians. So, here’s a recipe that can spice up the flavor of your usual Maggi.

Ingredients required:

  • 2 Instant Maggi Packets

  • Chopped Onions

  • Chopped Cabbage

  • Chopped Carrots

  • Chopped Capsicum

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon of Vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon of Soya sauce

  • ½ teaspoon of Schezwan chutney

Ready for Chinese style Maggi? Firstly, take a bowl and add all the sauces together. Boil the Maggi noodles for a minute or two. Then, strain out the noodles in a container.

Take a pan, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and ginger garlic paste. Then, add all the veggies and sauce them on high flame. After that, add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix them well and add the cooked noodles. Lastly, add all the sauces and again mix them well.


Recipe 3: Stuffed Veggie Roll



Worried about your evening snacks? Now, you can easily prepare a restaurant-style roll at your home.

Ingredients required:

  • Chopped Onion

  • Chopped Capsicum

  • 2 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup

  • A pinch of Salt

  • A pinch of Black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon of Green chili sauce

  • ½ teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

  • 1Chapati

Take a pan, add a tablespoon of cooking oil. Then, add the veggies and sauce them. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper. When the veggies are cooked just switch off the flame. Place the chapati and add the cooked veggies and the sauce. Lastly, add the fresh lemon juice. Roll your chapati and your tasty veggie roll is ready to serve.

Recipe 4: Indian Style Macaroni Pasta

Well, the simplest way to tingle your taste buds, reminiscing your akhri pasta. (Imma Joking).

Ingredients Required:

  • 2-3 cups of Macaroni pasta

  • 3-4 cups of water

  • Chopped Tomatoes

  • Chopped Capsicum

  • Chopped Onions

  • Chopped Carrots

  • 1 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic paste

  • Black pepper powder

  • Red chili powder

  • Garam masala

Firstly, boil 2-3 cups of elbow-shaped macaroni in 3-4 cups of water. Heat it for about 7-10 minutes in a medium flame. Also, add a teaspoon of salt. After that, drain out the water and keep the macaroni aside.

Take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Then, add ginger garlic paste and all the chopped vegetables. Saute them till a golden color residue is formed. Add black pepper powder and red chili powder. When all the veggies have blended well then add the boiled macaroni, some tomato ketchup, and sprinkle garam masala. Blend the mixture well. Lastly, sprinkle some coriander leaves on top.


Recipe 5: Delicious Chocolate Cake

Thinking about how to make a cake in this quarantine? Then, sit back on your couch and relax. Now, you can prepare your own chocolate cake at home with these three simple ingredients.

Ingredients required:

  • 2-3 packets of your favorite chocolate biscuit

  • 1 sachet of Eno

  • 1 cup of Milk

  • Baking Paper

  • Add sugar if required

  • 1 sachet of chocolate syrup

  • 1packet of Cadbury chocolate

Firstly, take a mixer grinder and add all the chocolate biscuits in it. Grind them well till a smooth powder is formed. Extract the powder in a big bowl and add a cup of milk and Eno packet. Mix the ingredients well and your batter is ready! Take a container put some oil and place the baking paper. Again apply some oil and pour the batter into the container. Place a pan on medium flame and put this container on the pan. Let it heat on a medium flame for about 30-45 minutes. And your chocolate cake is baked. Extract the cake on a plate add the chocolate syrup on it. With the help of a grater, grate the Cadbury chocolate all over the cake. It’s ready to serve.
